Halo 5 Xbox One Console

When the Xbox One launched in November 2013, anticipation was relatively high for Microsoft's current-gen console. Sure, a lot of the excitement had dissipated after Microsoft went back and along over used games and ever-online connections, simply few could deny the high contour franchises in the company's library.

Master among those franchises is Halo, which is preparing its first Xbox One championship for release later this October. Well, technically Halo: The Principal Master Collection was the first Xbox One release in the series, simply nigh gamers would probably forget that compendium fifty-fifty existed.

And so, with Halo v: Guardians set to release after this year, one can assume that Microsoft has a lot of heady announcements planned. We await to get a amend handle on the Halo 5 story, which follows a conflict of ideals between Primary Chief and Spartan Locke; find out more almost how multiplayer plans to alter things up for the current-gen gamers; and what other new goodies 343 Industries has in the pipeline.

Not to exist outdone, Microsoft apparently has their own Halo 5 promotional materials on the mode. We don't know much at this point, but co-ordinate to 343 Industries Head Josh Holmes at that place is a Limited Edition Xbox One console on the style.

News of the Halo 5 Xbox One console comes by way of a fans' Twitter inquiry to which Holmes responded with the below bulletin:

While Microsoft has yet to brand anything official, information technology seems like a no-brainer that they would release a Halo-themed Xbox One console in time for the sequel'south release. With little in the manner of competition this fall (although that could certainly change), Halo 5: Guardians is poised to make a ton of money and likely move a lot of Xbox One consoles. Then, what better mode to capitalize on that so to release a console themed effectually said game. Microsoft did a like thing with Sunset Overdrive and that game didn't have the same amount of enshroud that Halo does.

To that end, nosotros'd hope that Microsoft does something interesting with the Halo Xbox I console. Another shot at an all-white edition would likely draw a lot of attention, but even something with its ain colour scheme might be heady. That being said, there have been some misses on the Xbox 1 Express Edition front; the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare panel, for case, left a lot to be desired.

But of course nosotros're getting alee of ourselves. It's all-time for Halo fans to proceed their enthusiasm tabled until Microsoft actually announces something official regarding this Halo five Limited Edition Xbox One console.

What are your hopes for the Halo 5 Xbox 1? If the blueprint were cool enough would you be convinced to buy the console?
